Who babylights are for
Natural blondes who want to brighten up without obvious highlights, clients with fine hair who want fullness and dimension, and anyone who prefers an overall lighter look over bold contrast. Babylights are often combined with balayage: fine lights through the top and around the face, painted brightness through the ends.
Your appointment
Because the sections are so fine, a full head of babylights takes time. Plan on three to four hours. A partial, focused on the top and face-frame, is two to three hours.

Are babylights high-maintenance?
Less than you would think. The fine weave blends into your natural color, so regrowth is soft. Most clients come in every three to four months.
Babylights or balayage?
Babylights brighten all over with a soft, even result. Balayage concentrates brightness through the mid-lengths and ends for more dimension. Many of our clients get both in one session.
