Thank you for being a loyal and supportive client of Stone Fox Salon.

In order to serve you to the standards we are committed to, we ask that you work with us to help keep you and everyone in the business safe. Please support us with the following steps:

 

Client Protocol

  • If you are sick or feel any symptoms of sickness, we ask that you reschedule your appointment with us

  • Please come alone for your appointment, children are not allowed in the salon without a scheduled appointment

  • You will be asked the following questions:

    • Have you had a cough or fever in the last 14 days?

    • Have you been exposed to anyone with the coronavirus in the last 14 days?

    • Are you waiting for Covid-19 test results?

  • You will be required to wear a mask at your appointment. Please bring your own mask. 

  • When you arrive, text your stylist to let her know you are here. Until health directives allow, we ask that you kindly wait in your car and we will call or text you when we are ready to serve you.

  • Only bring in what is necessary. (No coats, gloves, hats, purses, etc.)

  • Please wash your hands when you arrive and before you leave.

  • We request that you pay by electronic means such as Venmo or use a credit card to minimize a cash exchange

 

Salon Protocol

  • We will not be taking any walk-ins, services are by appointment only

  • If a team member is sick or displaying symptoms they will stay home or be sent home to take care of themselves and the environment.

  • Service Providers' temperature will be checked upon arrival. 

  • We will wear masks while in the building.

  • Service Providers will wash hands with antibacterial soap between each client. We believe gloves wouldn’t be sufficient because it delivers a false sense of cleanliness so every time they begin a new service, they will thoroughly wash and disinfect their hands.

  • We use cleaning agents and sanitizers for our equipment to sterilize them in between each service. We follow strict guidelines as part of our requirements to maintain our license.

  • A clean new or disposable cape will be used for each client.

  • We offer “touch-free” credit card processing terminals to lessen contact and promote less cash exchange.

  • We wipe down our credit card terminals, seats, stations, treatment tables, door handles, menus, phones, and any area that comes into regular contact
